Fucking cops, telling these guys they can't preform. i makes me so sad, to see the expression in his face.

reason for the cops hassling them:

its because someone complained, yet, the thing about downtown is, there are people preforming all the time, its very common. and these guys were being very polite, they asked other people around them(that were performing also), when they could play, to not interrupt them. yet, one store owner( from a store quite a ways off) complains, saying they're taking away his business. but the problem with that, is that people/tourist come here for this kind of stuff.... its retarded to try and shut down something that attracts more people, without these performers the tourist flow would suffer, this being a tourist town, its not the best idea.

but, they did perform, it was preatty amazing. they got thru about 2 "song/dances" before the cops came and bothered them, but the kept on playing. They Had a huge drum, and the 2 dancers took turns drumming and dancing. the drums started up, you could feel the vibration going thru you. and the dancer started his dance to the rhythm, jumps flow and movement. it was really cool. heres from them dancing: [link]
